Environmental and quality policy

The management team of the IMED LEVANTE group, a company dedicated to providing medical services on the east coast of Spain, is aware that providing a quality service to patients is a fundamental pillar for the smooth running of the company. It also recognises that environmental protection must be taken into account in all of its objectives and actions. The company’s management team therefore undertakes to implement and maintain certification of its Integrated Quality Management and Environment System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001.

To promote initiatives that contribute to improvements in service quality by guaranteeing customer satisfaction and environmental protection, the Management has specified a Quality and Environmental Policy that includes the following commitments:

• Produce ongoing training plans for all of the organisation’s employees, in order to ensure they achieve the highest qualifications to carry out their job and to offer appropriate patient care.

• Continually search for the best technologies available in the market and maintain a continuous resources and media upgrade plan to ensure maximum service quality.

• Comply with the relevant requirements – those set by customers, legal requirements and others to which the organisation subscribes.

• Establish tools to enable continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the integrated management system.

• Increase resources for efficient management of stakeholder complaints and reports in order to increase customer satisfaction.

• Prevent pollution, by minimising our impact in key environmental areas, especially the waste generated by our activities and services.

• Set quality and environmental indicators that enable us to measure our compliance with the requirements and targets specified in our processes and the environmental performance of our organisation as a whole.
